Additionally, consult a medical consultant before use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. I think the sleep formula is actually working. I cut my prescription in half and I'm going to bed much earlier and staying in bed sleeping from like 8 pm until 6 AM. Before this trying to sleep until like midnight and then waking up at like 5 AM with my brain racing.

I've taken these a few times, as directed on the bottle. I feel sleepy in about 30-45 minutes after ingestion. But every. single. time. I take these, I have the most graphic and strange dreams. I'm not complaining, I usually don't dream.The product definitely does work, and I'll purchase more in the future when I run out. It's hard to find capsules that actually do what they say on the bottle.I can find nothing wrong with this product.

I have been having trouble sleeping going through menopause. I decided to try these. I have to say I am very happy with the results.I received them on a Friday, it says to take before bed which I did but it took about an hour of tossing and turning, at this point I made my mind they did not work. Sat I tried taking one an hour before bed and what a difference! I did the same Sunday with the same result. Pill does not make you feel drowsy or tired the next morning and I feel I rest when I do sleep! So far so good!

This mix for helping with sleep does work and help you slowly get into your sleep phase. It takes a bit of time as expected so take between 30-45 minutes before going to bed for best results. I cannot say if this is faster, or stronger than other similar product I have tried as this would very much be subjective. But I confirmed they worked as expected and as well of those with similar ingredients. There is a good quantity for the value
