Products purchased directly from our website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items that are unopened and in their original condition can be exchanged for a replacement or refunded. Please note, any discounted items purchased during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Our return and refund policy applies to international orders and does not cover circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance problems.
Eligibility for returns or exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item was purchased from our website within the last 30 days.
- The product remains sealed and in its original packaging.
- You can provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- You have requested and obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from our support team.
If these conditions are not met, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Additional guidelines:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items due to personal preferences regarding taste or texture. Once the product is opened, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
We can only process returns or exchanges for products purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from other sellers, such as Amazon or local stores, are not covered under our return policy.
Valid Reasons for Returns or Refunds:
- The product was damaged during transit or has quality issues.
- An error occurred in your order (e.g., the wrong item was shipped).
- The product is expired upon receipt.
Requesting a return or refund
To request a return or refund, please email us at hello@healandco.co with “RMN Request” in the subject line. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and further instructions for returning the product.
Processing refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, we recommend contacting your financial institution for clarification.
Return fees
- Within Canada: Returns are free for customers located in Canada.
- International Customers: Customers from the U.S. or other countries may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Sale and discounted items
Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are considered final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged
