How is the lion's mane extracted?
Water extraction! The process is used to extract the bioactive compounds and nutrients from mushrooms using water as a solvent. What does lion’s mane do?

What does a 4:1 lion's mane extract mean?
The amounts of extracts are listed in two different formats: the amount of an ingredient and the quantity of crude equivalent (or QCE). The ratio is of the extract, meaning that for every X grams (or mg) of a certain extract to be produced, it takes X grams (or mg) of the raw/unprocessed ingredient. In this case, it means that for every 1 mg of lion's mane extract, it takes 5 mg of raw or unprocessed lion's mane.

    This supplement uses only the fruiting body from Lions Mane and has a 4-1 potency. Better than what most other supplements offer. I have noticed some improvements in concentration.
