Our team processes orders within 24 to 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday), except Canadian and U.S. public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping within Canada
We ship to Canadian addresses via UPS or Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.
- Free standard shipping: Orders over CAD $50 (pre-tax) qualify for free shipping.
- Flat-rate fee: For orders under CAD $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
We also ship to P.O. boxes, but please note that delivery to these locations may take longer than standard shipping times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Holiday Fulfillment Schedule
Our fulfillment center observes the following holiday closures:
- Christmas: December 24th to December 26th
- New Year: December 31st and January 1st
Delivery times may be impacted by increased demand and carrier delays during these periods. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
International shipping
International orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.
- Flat Rate Shipping for U.S. Orders: All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $30 USD.

Free Shipping to Select European Countries:
- Orders over €80 EUR or £60 GBP (pre-tax) qualify for free shipping to destinations such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, and the U.K.
- For other European destinations, orders over €100 EUR are eligible for free shipping.
Standard shipping times to international locations are estimated at 5–14 business days. However, delays may occur due to customs inspections or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
We cannot issue refunds for packages delayed, held, or destroyed due to customs-related issues. For any concerns about your country’s restrictions, we suggest contacting your local customs office for clarification.
Additional Shipping Information
Signature at Delivery
· For added peace of mind, you may choose the signature-required option at checkout.
· If no one is available to sign, the package may be redirected to a local pickup location, and you will receive a notification card. Unclaimed packages must be picked up within 8 business days; otherwise, they will be returned to us.
· Customers who opt out of the signature requirement assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
Address Accuracy
· Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
· If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for any associated return and reshipment costs.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
· Packages returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed will require reshipment arrangements. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for both the return and the reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
· If your package is marked as delivered but was not received, you must file a theft report with your local authorities before we can escalate the issue with the carrier.
· Missing packages should be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of the stated delivery date.
· Investigations by carriers may take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier has completed its investigation and approved the claim. If the claim is denied, we will not be able to offer further action.
