Do you provide samples or coupons?

We don't currently offer samples or coupons. However, by subscribing to our newsletter, you can unlock an exclusive 20% discount on your first purchase from the website. You can also follow us on social media, where we periodically do giveaways and special promotions

Where are Heal + Co. products manufactured?

All Heal + Co. products are manufactured in state-of-the-art, GMP-certified facilities in Canada. Each product undergoes rigorous testing for heavy metals and contaminants to ensure compliance with Health Canada standards.

What's the difference between an extract and a powder?

An extract uses the major compound of the plant to provide a high-potency supplement. A powder, on the other hand, uses the entire plant to make the supplement.

What is the typical order processing time?

All orders placed on our website are normally processed within 24-48 hours. However, for orders received over the weekend or on public holidays, we process them on the following business day.

Is there a shipping fee charged on orders?

Orders above $50 CAD, $40 US, €65 Euro, and £60 Pound before tax are eligible for free shipping. However, for orders below the mentioned amount, shipping charges (depending on the country) may apply.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany,
Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders within Canada and the United States are typically delivered within 3-5 business days once processed. Shipments outside Canada and the United States may take longer.
